After a rather tiring gym period, Kurt had thought that his free period was pretty well deserved. He may have the right co-ordination for gym, but he really couldn't do half of the things the gym teacher asked without being allowed to warm up. Unfortunately, the teacher had a different' way of "warming up" than Kurt had, so Kurt still sucked at gym after it.
After walking out of the locker room, wearing a new set of clothes, Kurt sat down in one of the bleachers, and began reading the required reading for English, Macbeth, while listening to his iPod, and was totally oblivious to his surroundings.

Sue swung open the door to the gymnasium and walked inside, letting the door slam shut behind her. She was in a slightly worse mood than usual. Having her work interuppted by a loud group of freshman who had decided to cut class wasn't exactly the kind of thing she enjoyed having to deal with.
Her face fell into a scowl when she saw Kurt sitting on the bleachers. It didn't matter that, technically, he was allowed to be there. No, all that mattered to her, was the fact that she was in a bad mood, and Kurt Hummel got in her way.
"Afternoon, Porcelain", she said sharply, and she walked towards him. She stopped a couple of feet away and glanced at his book. "MacBeth? Well, as thrilled as I am to see children reading. I do not appreciate you coming in here and gaying up my gym. Don't you have anything else to do?"

Even with his head-phones in, Kurt jumped at the sound of the gym door being slammed shut, causing him to nearly drop his book. He looked around to see who had entered, and let out a sigh upon seeing that it was just Sue, who was probably in a pissy mood again.
Sue had noticed him as well, and to say that she seemed to be happy to see him would be accurate. If scowling and seeming like she wanted to rip his head off meant being happy to see him.
'Afternoon, Porcelain' Sue was speaking in her usual manner, though he couldn't help but roll his eyes slightly when she called him "Porcelain". Again with the Porcelain He thought, trying not to shake his head. Though, apart from that, Sue seemed to be quite civil for a change Maybe she's not as in a bad mood as I thought...? Kurt slightly raised her eyebrow.
'MacBeth? Well, as thrilled as I am to see children reading. I do not appreciate you coming in here and gaying up my gym. Don't you have anything else to do?'
[/i] It was Kurt's turn to scowl now That would be a "no" to her not being in a bad mood' 'I see that you are still as charming as ever' Kurt muttered under his breath, closing his book 'No, Coach Sylvester. I've got a free period just now. I need to finish this' He pointed to the book before carrying on taking 'Before tomorrow. I have English first period then'[/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote][/size][/justify]

"Please, I'm always charming," Sue replied quickly. Damn kid didn't think she heard him. "I'm simply filled to the brim with charm, Porcelain, I don't see how you could think otherwise" she smirked. at least insulting one of those damn glee kids would put her in a slightly better mood. "A free period?" she said, raising an eyebrow. "That explains it" she feigned suprise, throwing her arms up, "Well, excuse me Porcelain. I failed to notice! What with this being a gym and all. Do you normally read in the gym or is this just yet another attempt to piss me off?"

'Please, I'm always charming'
[/i] Sue replied quickly, and Kurt looked at her with the look of the highest amount of shock. How did she hear me? He thought, frowning. 'I'm simply filled to the brim with charm, Porcelain, I don't see how you could think otherwise'[/i] Kurt sighed, then rolled his eyes 'I know, Coach Sylvester. The way you always try to bring the Glee club down, I don't now how I can even think that you aren't the living embodiment of charm' Kurt said, dryly. Though he was used to this behaviour from Sue, it did nothing but still piss him off greatly. It applied to most of the Glee kids. Thankfully, Sue hadn't quite managed to release her fury on Blaine yet. 'That explains it'[/i] At the tone of feigning surprise, Kurt rolled his eyes 'Here we go again...' He muttered, no longer caring if Sue had heard him or not. 'Well, excuse me Porcelain. I failed to notice! What with this being a gym and all. Do you normally read in the gym or is this just yet another attempt to piss me off?'[/i] Kurt pursed his lips together and folded his arms 'It's not against the rules to read here. Besides, there's no-one else here and I just came out of P.E. You're the only one that's bothered by this'[/blockquote][/size][/blockquote][/blockquote][/size][/justify]

God, this kid is annoying today.
"That's exactly it." Sue replied sharply, clearly, he wasn't getting it "But the fact is, someone is bothered by it, so you shouldn't be here" She threw a few glances around the gym, then sighed and looked back at Kurt. Trying to argue with this kid was getting her absolutely no-where, and she wasn't in the mood to keep it going for too much longer.
"Look, can't you at least read while doing jumping-jacks or something? At least then you'd be using this place for it's intended purpose"

'That's exactly it. But the fact is, someone is bothered by it, so you shouldn't be here'
[/b][/i] Kurt really had no idea what the hell this woman's problem was. If he was going to be honest, it was slowly getting to the stage of beyond irritating. He rolled his eyes, and ended up snapping before he could stop himself 'Well, maybe then, you shouldn't be here either. I'm not exactly loving you shouting at me for doing something as simple as reading.'[/b] Only just realizing who he was talking to, Kurt's eyes widened slightly, before he let his gaze fall back down to his book. 'Look, can't you at least read while doing jumping-jacks or something? At least then you'd be using this place for it's intended purpose'[/i][/b] ...Was this woman being serious? Kurt stared at her, blinking for a few moments, and wondering if he had just imagined her saying that. 'W-what?'[/b] He said, eventually, his eyes narrowing in confusion. 'Jumping Jacks? While reading?'[/b] Kurt didn't even want to attempt to do that. It would end in disaster, probably with him falling over and injuring himself, or anyone else who happened to walk by. Not to mention that he would probably end up being unable to even concentrate on his book.[/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote] WORDS: 217 MUSE: NONE TAGS: SUE NOTES: I was laughing for about ten minutes at your reply, bro xD[/size][/justify]

"I shouldn't be here? Did you seriously just say that to me, Porcelain?" Sue frowned, "Give me one good reason to listen to you." Okay, that was dangerously close to him saying too much. This kid seriously better watch his mouth.
Oh dear god... "Yes, Jumping Jacks while reading!", Sue replied, sounding almost genuinely shocked that Kurt questioned her. At this point, she wasn't sure if it was what he was saying, or the fact that he was being so damn stubborn about it that was irritating her more.

"I shouldn't be here? Did you seriously just say that to me, Porcelain?"
[/i][/b]. Kurt opens his mouth, about to make some remark before stopping himself. Kurt knew what Sue was like. He'd been on the Cheerios long enough to now just how bad she was whenever any of the Cheerios spoke while she did. So, he let her finish before answering her. "Give me one good reason to listen to you"[/b][/i]. Kurt frowns a little, shaking his head at Sue. "Well, you said that I shouldn't be here because I'm bothering someone. Was just saying that by that logic, you shouldn't be here either. You wouldn't even listen to me anyway even if you had to. You barely listen to Principal Figgins half of the time"[/b] "Yes, Jumping Jacks while reading!"[/i][/b]. Kurt continues to look at Sue with complete and utter disbelief. She wasn't serious, was she? She couldn't be serious.. "Coach Sylvester..? I don't think that's even possible"[/b] WORDS:[/B] 159 MUSE:[/B] SILENCE TAGS:[/B] SUE NOTES:[/B] NONE[/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote][/justify][/size]
