  Rachel was currently in the bathroom of the Lima Bean, fussing over her appearance. Rachel never did this at school, or in the dorms. Rachel never seemed to care about her appearance there, and if she was seen trying to get her hair perfect, and her make up just right? People would ask questions, and really, Rachel didn't want people to know the reason why.Rachel actually didn't care about her appearance that much. Sure, she liked to look nice. It was important to her, but as long as she looked presentable, she was fine. But this was different. She had to look good. For him.
Sebastian Sinclair Smythe. One of the Dalton Academy Warblers. They'd been friends for quite some time, and for almost just as long as she knew him, Rachel loved him. Almost everything she did when with him, she tried to impress him one way or another. Rachel didn't know how well she was doing with this, but she hoped that maybe it was making some effect on him. Maybe then, he would actually ask her out. Now, Rachel didn't believe in guys always having to make the first move, but Rachel couldn't ask Sebastian. She had tried before, but Rachel would just become incredibly awkward, and move the subject to something else. She was just...terrified of being rejected. Rachel was terrified of not being loved enough, and there was a voice in the back of her mind telling her that she was going to be pushed away, and Sebastian would hate her.
Finally getting herself looking perfect for Sebastian, Rachel takes a deep breath, before smiling at her reflection, trying to reassure himself, before she walks out of the bathroom, and looks around the Lima Bean. Sebastian wasn't here yet. So, she still had some more time to prepare herself. Walking over to the counter, Rachel orders both her, and Sebastian's coffee orders, before heading over to their usual table. A few minutes later, her Warbler appears, and heads over. Smiling up at him, Rachel pushes his coffee to the seat across from hers. "Hello, Mr Warbler"

Sebastian was meeting up with Rachel at the Lima Bean. He knew that Warblers made jokes that he pretty much lived here. Most of the time he found them funny enough. Heck, the Warblers had their own version had their own version of the Unholy Trinity. Though unlike their sister school it wasn't because they had sinfully good looks. It was because Marcus, Jay-D, and Zach were complete horn dogs. Though he wasn't called a tease as well. Mostly because they said that he had Rachel Berry wrapped around his finger. Though he never believed in them. He ignored them. Besides if wasn't like Rachel ever looked different than she normally did. When he walked in the Lima Bean, she seemed a little bit nicer than normal. Had the other Warblers been right? Hello, Mr Warbler. He took the coffee from Rachel and sat down across from her. How you been, Berry?

Things were a lot easier wtih Sebastian, even though Rachel spent quite a lot of her time trying to impress him. She even tried joking, which went better than she had expected. It was nothing too much, just slight teasings, and the like. Like how it seemed like Seb pretty much lived in the Lima Bean. Apparently, the Warblers joked about it as well. So, they had a sense of humour. The Warblers also seemed to have their own Unholy Trinity, but rather than them having almost sin-like good looks, it was because of the three guys that were a part of it were... horn dogs, really. Forutnately, none of them seemed to know she loved Sebastian. Except that detective guy, who Rachel didn't know (She just called him Sherlock, or Holmes). He gave a huge list of reasons, given at a rapid pace to say why he knew that she liked Sebastian. "How you been, Berry?"
[/b][/i] She smiles as he takes the coffee and sits across from her. "I've been great! Glee's been running smoothly"[/b] Taking a quick sip of her coffee, Rachel looks up at him "What about you? Kurt and Blaine taking over yet?"[/b] She says jokingly, a smirk on her face.

Sebastian leaned back in the chair. Sure, Rachel was super cute. Though he wasn't sure how he felt about her. She had been a great friend. They had been friends since elementary school. Sure, he had stolen Rachel's first kiss when they were nine. It was just how everything had been will them. Now-a-days, he wasn't sure how he felt about her. Maybe he could figure it out sooner or later. She had only gotten cuter with age. Maybe he would make a move and see where it went. If she was even interested in him anyways. I've been great! Glee's been running smoothly. He smmirked at her. Well, I'm glad. What about you? Kurt and Blaine taking over yet? He took a sip of his coffee and looked Rachel. Of course, did you expect any less? By the way, you finally going to let Lyric have a solo in a song or still afraid of her talent?

God damn it, it was unfair. Why the hell did Sebastian have to be so freakin' cute, charming, hot, and talented? It was illegal, surely? And, as far as she knew, he didn't play for the other team, so she actually stood a chance with him. Ever since she shared her first kiss with Sebastian? Rachel knew that she wanted to go out with him, at least for a while to see if they were compatible. In Rachel's eyes? They were perfect for one another, but she really just wanted to see. To make sure she was right. "Well, I'm glad"
[/b][/i]. Rachel says nothing, but simply just beams up Seb. "Of course, did you expect any less?"[/b][/i]. Rachel rolls her eyes, a grin still on her lips. That was exactly what she expected from those to. "No, I didn't. It's just so typically Klaine!"[/b]. She giggles softly, before speaking again "How bad have they been recently..?"[/b] "By the way, you finally going to let Lyric have a solo in a song or still afraid of her talent?"[/b][/i]. Rachel shakes her head, frowning a little "N-no...I don't.. I can't.."[/b] Shaking her head, Rachel cuts herself off, not exactly sure where she was going with what she was saying. "I don't even know any more, Seb...Can we not talk about it...?"[/b]

Sebastian continued to sip his coffee and watch Rachel. Part of him wondering what was running through her mind and the other part not really caring. Sometimes he doesn't understand why he acts the way that he does. Then again he is a bit of a pain in the ass and doesn't even get why Rachel even still talks to him. He's a pretty big asshole. No, I didn't. It's just so typically Klaine! How bad have they been recently..? He chuckled at Rachel. They're pissing Jay-D off more than anything but then again everything pisses him off. N-no...I don't..
can't..I don't even know any more, Seb...Can we not talk about it...? He took a sip of coffee and looked at Rachel. You can't spent the year avoiding it.

Half of the time, ti was so hard not to lunge forward and kiss Sebastian during their little coffee dates. This was one of those times. But Rachel stopped herself. Just. She had to be calm. She couldn't blow everything like this. She couldn't help it though. Seb was just... He was amazing to her, and she didn't care what the others thoghut about him. "They're pissing Jay-D off more than anything but then again everything pisses him off."

I love --"[/b] Rachel cuts herself off, clearing her throat before continuing again "I love talking to you.."[/b]
