Kurt was sitting impatiently in a class, legs crossed over, and his hand rested on the side of his head as he tapped one of his feet against the leg of the desk, waiting for the teacher to hurry up and tell them what their assignment was. Kurt wasn't really sure what class they were in -- he wasn't stupid, not at all. It was just that as soon as he walked through a class door, he completely lost interest and zoned out for the whole lesson, only just being able to get any work done. If Kurt had to guess, he would say that currently they were in Biology just now..something like that. It was something science-y anyway.
Kurt didn't even know why he had agreed to take this class anyway. He could be doing something so much better with his time, like actually practising for Cheerios. It was probably one of the most important things in his life, apart from his father, of course. It saved him from being shoved into lockers, or receiving a slushie facial every day. He did endure a little bit of crap for being in the Cheerios and being in the Glee club to start with, but after managing to win the Cheerios yet another championship, it stopped. But he was told not long after they won the championship that he had to give either the Cheerios or Glee club up. Kurt loved Glee club, like a lot. But Cheerios was stopping everyone from giving him hell everyday, and making school unbearable. He could just join another Glee club after he left school anyway. Also, being one of the star Cheerios, Kurt doubted that Coach Sylvester would just let him leave like that.
Kurt had completely zoned out now, only just catching on to what the teacher had said. He didn't hear what the assignment was about, just that it was to be a paired effort and that they had to start discussing what they were going to do with their partner just now, causing Kurt to groan. Brilliant. Kurt hated these things, and would probably end up being paired with some loser kid because he'd zoned out for too long. But luck seemed to be on his side. Mercedes was still partnerless, and it was the same for a good number of the other Cheerios. Kurt stood up, and walked over to Mercedes' desk, about to sit across from her, when feeling the teacher grab onto his shoulders, and pulling him back "Oh no, Hummel. You're working with Anderson for this."
[/b][/i]. The teacher pointed in the direction at the other end of the class. Mouthing a "What!?" Kurt narrows his eyes, letting out a groan of protest upon seeing who this Anderson kid was. This was not going to go down well. Kurt opens his mouth, about to protest, instantly deciding to shut up, seeing the look he was giving. Frowning, Kurt slowly made his way over to the boy, dreading each step. Sitting down across from him, Kurt sighs and crosses his arms. "So."[/b]. He raises an eyebrow as he speaks. "We have to work together for this..thing. What are we doing?"[/b][/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote][/justify] [/B] 533 MUSE:[/B] NONE TAGS:[/B] BLAINE~ NOTES:[/B] Hope it's okay ^^ Should improve later. Blaine could sit at the back in any class, with the Cheerios, the badboys, the loudmouths, the sluts, and hell, he'd still know what he was doing. Biology was no different. In fact, he knew what he was doing even more so in here, because he just happened to have a speciality for the sciences. Sure, it helped he tended to be naturally academically good, but there was also the bonus he actually liked what he was doing. Blaine was even pretty decent at gym. He could throw a football, that was for sure. Thing was, just because he was a nerd, or whatever people labelled him as, he was always picked last. Just because that was how high school worked, wasn't it? Blaine couldn't care less. They'd all be working for him one day. Then who'd be throwing slushies in whose face?
He was currently listening to every single word the teacher was saying. Why wouldn't he be? He needed to know what he was doing. An assignment, apparently. About the human body. All the organs, bones, ligaments, tendons, whatever. They were to work in partners and basically explain how everything worked, what it did, and why humans needed it. Blaine immediately grinned a little to himself. There was no way he was going to fail this - not even if he was paired with Noah Puckerman. Exchanging a glance with Artie on the other side of the classroom, he crossed his fingers under the desk and prayed they'd be alphabetical. Anderson and Abrams was always nice. However, to his disappointment, it wasn't. It was completely random. Scowling a little, he closed his eyes, groaning internally. He was going to be paired with a douche, wasn't he? A slushie throwing douche. Opening his obviously infuriated hazel eyes, he watched the teacher as he grabbed one of the Cheerios' shoulders, catching his words. Oh no, Hummel. You're working with Anderson for this.
[/b][/color] Great. Just great. Blaine didn't know this kid's name, and he didn't even know if he wanted to, but he was not going to let some Cheerio screw up his Biology homework. Loosening his expressions, he watched as the boy walked over, clearly annoyed by the pairing as much as he was. So.[/b][/color] Blaine watched as he raised an eyebrow, taking a deep breath. This was going to be a long week. We have to work together for this..thing. What are we doing?[/b][/color] We. Sure. More like what am I doing. Blaine thought to himself with a slight grimace, before sighing and holding this boy's gaze. " Were you not listening? "[/color] He asked, pointlessly, knowing the answer. " We're supposed to produce a piece of work describing how the body functions, and about all the organs and bones and everything. "[/color] Blaine explained quickly, running a hand through his curls as he leant on the desk. He didn't want to do this anymore than the Cheerio did, but if they were paired together, he might as well be civil to some extent. " I'm Blaine, by the way. You'll probably need to know that. Your name is? "[/color] WORDS :[/color] Idk. TAG :[/color] Kurt. :) MUSE :[/color] Mylo Xyloto CD. NOTES :[/color] I'll resize the picture some other time. Kurt's eyebrow raises when seeing this kid's slight grimace. So, from the looks of things, maybe he wasn't happy about this either. Or he was just feeling intimidate because of Kurt's uniform. No matter the reason, Kurt didn't really care as long as he didn't get any problems from him. "Were you not listening?"
[/b][/i]. Rolling his eyes, Kurt crosses his arms further, pouting a little "How can you expect me to? He just keeps droning on and on"[/b]. It was just like a buzzing noise whenever that particular teacher spoke. With the others, it was a little easier for him to pay attention, so if he put his mind to it, Kurt could probably concentrate a little. But in Biology? It was asking for the impossible. "We're supposed to produce a piece of work describing how the body functions, and about all the organs and bones and everything"[/b][/i] Kurt was about to make some comment about how Blaine was just a nerd and that was the only reason why he probably even listened to that idiot of a teacher. But Kurt refrains. It wouldn't exactly be good to insult the kid and end up working on his own. Because if that happened? Kurt was pretty sure he would fail. He didn't have the time to do so much work, especially on his own. "..That sounds like an awful lot of work, does it not..?"[/b] Bringing one hand up, Kurt leans back in his chair, resting his elbow on the back of it, twirling his fringe around his fingers when the other boy leaned on the desk. "I'm Blaine, by the way. You'll probably need to know that. Your name is?"[/b][/i]. Kurt frowns a little. He didn't really know why, but Kurt didn't really want to tell this boy his name if he could help it, but he supposed that Blaine was right -- they did have to know each other's names. Sighing, Kurt looked at him. "Kurt."[/b] [/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote][/justify] [/B] 326 MUSE:[/B] NONE TAGS:[/B] BLAINE~ NOTES:[/B] Alrighty :3 [/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote][/justify] [/size]

Blaine held back a scoff as Kurt rolled his eyes and crossed his arms, just taking a deep breath and watching him carefully. He didn't really care much for him. He was a Cheerio, and to be honest, he probably hated Blaine. Why should he care? That, and Kurt was probably just.. so unbelievably vain, so judgemental. He probably figured Blaine was intimidated or something by his uniform. Was he hell. How can you expect me to? He just keeps droning on and on.
[/b][/color] Blaine looked up at the teacher briefly, seeing him sat at his desk, as all the partners talked about whatever it was they were going to do. As they planned. Glancing round the room, Blaine figured they weren't the only pair that pretty much hated the other's guts. Or couldn't care less. " Maybe you should try concentrating a little more. It's surprising what a little effort can do. "[/color] Blaine responded semi-quietly, being careful with his words. He didn't want to anger this guy, but really. He was incredibly irritating. Blaine waited for some kind of nerd comment to come from the Cheerio, but it never did. Thinking for a moment, maybe this guy wasn't as stupid as he seemed to be. As far as Blaine was concerned, Kurt had three strikes. Once they were all gone, he was doing this alone, and the Cheerio would fail. It seemed fair. ..That sounds like an awful lot of work, does it not..?[/b][/color] Resisting the urge to give an irritated sigh, Blaine shrugged a little. " It depends on how you look at it. For you, probably. But if we work together, like we're supposed to, we should be fine. "[/color] Blaine watched with a slightly raised eyebrow as Kurt sat back, his gaze following the twirls of his fingers, looking back to his eyes once he didn't hear an immediate answer. Why the hell was this guy frowning? Blaine was the one that had to work with a stuck up, I'm-better-than-you Cheerio. Kurt.[/b][/color] Blaine nodded slightly, sighing quietly as he shuffled on his seat. He didn't really think names would matter. He'd probably be referred to as 'nerd', 'geek', or if he was lucky, 'Anderson' by Kurt. Did he care? Not particularly. " Well, Kurt. What nights are you free? We can't do this all in school. And I know you've got Cheerios.. whenever.. but you've gotta be free sometime. So.. when? "[/color] WORDS :[/color] Idk. This...was really just unbelievable. It was bad enough for him that Kurt wasn't allowed to work with anyone he actually liked, but the fact that he was working with someone he wouldn't even be seen dead with under normal circumstances? It was like freakin' torture. Well, at least Blaine wasn't hideous , like most of the other nerds. If that had been the case, then Kurt would have had to have studied alone for the sake of his own sanity, not caring that he would have probably gotten a less than decent grade. From the looks of things, there weren't many people that were happy about who they'd been paired up with..So why the hell weren't they allowed to change partners? This probably wasn't going to end well for anyone at all. It just wasn't fair. At all. "Maybe you should try concentrating a little more. It's surprising what a little effort can do"
[/b][/i]. Kurt scoffs, giving another eye roll, before raising an eyebrow at Blaine. "How can you actually expect me to pay attention? I know it's easy for you, considering that you have nothing better to do with your time, but I actually do have a life that requires more than paying attention in a class that isn't going to help me at all"[/b]. So much for not insulting the kid. Though, Kurt couldn't really help it. The words came out before he could stop them, and he actually did feel better for it. But he wasn't going to make a habit of it, no matter how good it felt to just get torn into Blaine. "It depends on how you look at it. For you, probably. But if we work together, like we're supposed to, we should be fine"[/b][/i]. Kurt scoffs again, rolling his eyes "What do you mean 'for you, probably'? I'm not an idiot."[/b] He hated when people acted like that with him. Just because he didn't pay 100% attention in his classes. Noticing Blaine's gaze following his fingers as they twirl his fringe, before looking back into his eyes, Kurt narrows his eyes slightly, looking at Blaine as if to say "What!?" "Well, Kurt. What nights are you free? We can't do this all in school. And I know you've got Cheerios.. whenever.. but you've gotta be free sometime. So.. when?"[/b][/i]. Kurt sat up a little, still keeping his elbow on the back of his chair as he twirled his hair around his fingers. Usually, Kurt wouldn't bother learning someone's name, just learning the first "nickname" that came into his mind, or, would just refer to them as their surname. It was rare that Kurt called someone by their first name, and that would only be if he actually liked the person. Which Kurt honestly couldn't see happening with Blaine. "Well, Anderson, I'm usually free most weekends, and sometimes I can get a break from practice. But don't think I'm going to change my schedule for you. So, you better free up time on the weekends for me"[/b] As if you even would have any plans. It was incredibly hard for him not to say that, but his self control seemed to be better than he thought. Blaine wasn't too fussed about who he worked with usually, he preferred to partner up with Artie usually, but he could live with someone else. Bitchy Cheerios? They weren't exactly a delight. Blaine was just trying his best to keep calm, and not snap. He didn't like his voice when he was mad, and Kurt was going the right way about ticking him off. Plus, arguing with a Cheerio? Not exactly how to improve his reputation. How can you actually expect me to pay attention? I know it's easy for you, considering that you have nothing better to do with your time, but I actually do have a life that requires more than paying attention in a class that isn't going to help me at all.
[/b][/color] Blaine watched Kurt for a few moments, trying his best not to scowl, actually succeeding. Who the fuck did this guy think he was? King of the world? Digging his fingers into his thigh under the table, Blaine took a deep breath through his nose, letting it out slowly. " If it's okay with you, I'd prefer it if you spoke to me like an actual person. Paying attention isn't all that hard, really. You just listen to what he's saying. "[/color] Blaine responded quietly, knowing that if he spoke any louder, he was going to yell, and he'd lose his temper. Hell, he could snap. He could put Kurt in his place right now if he truly felt he had to. But no, he wasn't going to lose his cool so easily. He'd just go box a little later, right? As always. Hearing Kurt scoff, he raised one of his triangular shaped eyebrows slightly. What do you mean 'for you, probably'? I'm not an idiot.[/color] Shaking his head, Blaine held Kurt's gaze. " No, that's not what I was implying. From the past five minutes or so of conversation, it's not exactly rocket science to figure out that you don't like to listen, therefore you don't always know what exactly's going on. You rely on one of the other Cheerios, or the closest nerd to tell you what's happening. "[/color] Blaine wasn't being particularly spiteful, apart from spitting the word 'nerd' a little, but apart from that honesty rung out in his voice. " If paying attention is hard, this isn't going to be a walk in the park for you. "[/color] He chose to ignore the pointed look from Kurt, looking over at Artie instead. He had been put with Finn, a guy he kind of knew, but not really. He knew of him. If what Blaine knew was correct, Artie was going to have just as much trouble trying to teach Finn what was what as he was trying to get Kurt to shut up with the attitude. Well, Anderson, I'm usually free most weekends, and sometimes I can get a break from practice. But don't think I'm going to change my schedule for you. So, you better free up time on the weekends for me.[/b][/color] Biting down hard on his lip, Blaine tried to think of anything but Kurt and what he'd just said, eventually tasting a metallic tang and realizing that once he'd drawn blood, he should probably stop. Licking over the spot a little in an attempt to hide it, he took a deep breath and looked up at Kurt once more. " If this is going to work, we're both going to have to make sacrifices. I can call off my plans this weekend for you, but in return, you're going to have to miss a practice or two. Not enough to get you in trouble, but enough so I'm not doing this all by myself. "[/color] Blaine told him calmly, keeping his voice even and smooth, though his hazel eyes burning with what was unmistakable anger and patience wearing thin. WORDS :[/color] Idk. An upside to actually working with someone like Blaine was that Kurt could pretty much just be as bitchy as he could because it would probably just end up hurting Blaine's reputation even more than it already was, so he'd probably refrain from mouthing back. Though, Kurt wasn't intentionally trying to do this. It was just natural for him to talk to anyone like this. "If it's okay with you, I'd prefer it if you spoke to me like an actual person. Paying attention isn't all that hard, really. You just listen to what he's saying."
[/b][/i] Kurt scoffs, rolling his eyes. Talk to him like a normal person? What, was Blaine expecting him to be all Mr Sunshine and Happiness to him? Yeah, because that was going to happen. He shakes his head. "Yeah, that's easy for you to say, considering you and Abrams are pretty much the only ones that actually care about what that guy's saying"[/b]. Seeing Blaine raising an eyebrow, Kurt tries, and somehow succeeds on making a comment on their triangular shape. God..It was just so hard not to just start hurling insults at Blaine just now, and Kurt felt like it was a freaking miracle that he hadn't started yet. "No, that's not what I was implying. From the past five minutes or so of conversation, it's not exactly rocket science to figure out that you don't like to listen, therefore you don't always know what exactly's going on. You rely on one of the other Cheerios, or the closest nerd to tell you what's happening."[/b][/i]. Holding onto Blaine's gaze, Kurt narrows his eyes, glaring slightly. "I actually do like to listen. Problem is, most things are just incredibly boring that I don't see how I could even pay attention."[/b]. Kurt then gives another roll of his eyes "And that's what nerds are for. Why else would I even talk to one when it's not against my own will"[/b] "If paying attention is hard, this isn't going to be a walk in the park for you."[/b][/i]. Shaking his head, Kurt sighs. "Tch..Whatever."[/b] Raising an eyebrow when Blaine looks away from him, Kurt turns his head to see what he was looking at. Artie. Probably someone who would be a better partner for Blaine, but if that was the case, then Kurt would be stuck with Finn. Finn was a nice guy and all, but he was a bit..thick. It would just irritate Kurt. Artie probably would be the best choice out of the non-Cheerios here. Kurt knew him from when he was in the Glee club, and apart from the whole awkwardness about him leaving the Glee club for the Cheerios, it would be pretty easy for him. But no. He was stuck with Blaine, and he just had to get used to it. Seeing Blaine biting down on his lip, Kurt smirks a little, though tries not to make it too obvious. Seeing Blaine licking his lip, Kurt furrows his brow a little in confusion, his gaze briefly falling on his lips. "If this is going to work, we're both going to have to make sacrifices. I can call off my plans this weekend for you, but in return, you're going to have to miss a practice or two. Not enough to get you in trouble, but enough so I'm not doing this all by myself."[/b][/i]. Kurt was seconds away from snapping at Blaine for even suggesting that he had to miss a practice, though, noticing from the look in Blaine's eyes, that he was pretty pissed and that his patience seemed to be wearing thin, Kurt backs down. Scowling fiercely, Kurt glares. "Fine! But you owe me for this"[/b]. Brilliant. Coach Sylvester was not going to be happy about this. How the hell was he going to explain this one to her? No doubt this Cheerio was going to take the first opportunity he could to grind Blaine's name further into the dust. It wasn't exactly fair, really. Blaine couldn't snap at all, but Kurt could be as bitchy as he wanted to, which, evidently, was a fair amount. He certainly knew how to rub people the wrong way. Seeing Kurt scoff and roll his eyes, Blaine slightly raised an eyebrow, though bit back any harsh words, which were pretty much just rolling around like hot coals on his tongue, waiting to be spat out at Kurt. Yeah, that's easy for you to say, considering you and Abrams are pretty much the only ones that actually care about what that guy's saying.
[/b][/color] Okay. So talking to him like a normal person wasn't going to happen. Blaine could deal with that, he just needed to find a way to stop the urge that told him to punch the crap out of Kurt. He'd probably just end up boxing a whole lot more when he got home. Yeah. Unless Kurt came home with him to study at any point. In which case Blaine would be praying and crossing his fingers the whole time, most likely wanting to sneak downstairs to the basement and beat the living daylights out of his punching bag. " We care about our grades. About our lives after this. High school isn't going to last forever, we're simply getting the most that we can out of it while it's still here. "[/color] Blaine responded smoothly, surprised at the fact he hadn't lost his cool with this idiot yet. It would only be a matter of time, he knew that, but he was going to try and stay calm for as long as possible. One false move and Kurt could spread rumours about him like wild fire, just kill his reputation even further. I actually do like to listen. Problem is, most things are just incredibly boring that I don't see how I could even pay attention.[/color] Blaine swallowed back a little, trying not to glare straight back at Kurt. This may just be the hardest assignment he'd ever had to do, and Biology was one of his best subjects. " Okay, so you listen when it interests you. Same difference. You get out what you put in, simple as. "[/color] Blaine shrugged a little, rolling his shoulders back and propping his chin up with the palm of his hand. He didn't know why he was even trying to convince Kurt to listen. It wasn't going to work. At all. And that's what nerds are for. Why else would I even talk to one when it's not against my own will.[/b][/color] Blaine closed his eyes over for a few moments, taking deep breaths and lightly grazing his teeth over his bottom lip. It wasn't going to take long for him to lose his patience with Kurt, and that was saying something. Blaine took pride in his cool temper, very rarely snapping at anyone, but now? He didn't know how long he'd last before he was yelling at Kurt to shut the hell up. He didn't even know what he could say to that, so he gave a slight shrug, opening up his eyes again slowly. Tch..Whatever.[/b][/color] Taking a long, deep breath, Blaine watched as Kurt sighed and shook his head, before looking back out to Artie. Hell, Blaine would prefer being with either of them, Finn or Arthur, so long as neither of them were Kurt. Blaine would have rather been with pretty much anyone else in the room, probably even any of the other Cheerios, because he was pretty sure that none of them were as bitchy as Kurt was. Seeing Kurt smirk, Blaine loosened the grip on his bottom lip, watching instead as he frowned, following his gaze down to his mouth. What was he doing? Blaine didn't know, but he didn't even care. Blaine didn't even know if Kurt was going to try and protest, but if he did, he swore to god, he was going to murder him in his sleep. Seeing Kurt scowl fiercely at him, Blaine waited for him to start ranting about how unfair it was he had to miss practice, but it never came. Fine! But you owe me for this.[/b][/color] Blaine took a few moments, taking deep breaths and holding Kurt's gaze, before speaking. " Just keep the slushies coming, won't make a difference to me. Right now, the only things that were actually stopping Kurt from going full out bitch mode right now, and that was the fact that the teacher was in the room, and would probably end up throwing him in detention, and that really wouldn't sit well with Coach Sylvester, and there was the fact that Blaine would almost definitely make him work on his own, which would result in Kurt failing this damn assignment, and wouldn't sit well with his father. Kurt imagined that he'd be pulled out of Cheerios if that happened, which, yet again wouldn't sit well with Coach Sylvester. So really, it was better for Kurt that he just dialled down the bitchiness. He probably should tone it down just now but, hey. Kurt wasn't a miracle worker. Looking a little more at Blaine without being creepy or anything, it did seem to Kurt that he wasn't the only one trying to hold back on saying anything they might regret. Well...This was certainly going to be a fun piece of homework. It was best to just get this over with as soon as possible. "We care about our grades. About our lives after this. High school isn't going to last forever, we're simply getting the most that we can out of it while it's still here."
[/i][/b] Kurt rolls his eyes and raises his eyebrows. "Exactly. It's not going to last forever, and we're not getting any younger. So, we should just enjoy life as much as we can before we get too old. We should just...stop studying so much and wasting our time here when we can actually be out there enjoying the things that life had to offer"[/b] It was really just how Kurt saw life. If he was going to be honest, Kurt was so tempted to quote a line from a song in Wicked, but if people knew what it was from and knew that it was his favourite musical? Well, his reputation would just go right down the drain. "Okay, so you listen when it interests you. Same difference. You get out what you put in, simple as."[/i][/b]. Kurt shakes his head, frowning a little. Why the hell did this kid assume that he didn't ever listen just because he didn't listen to the boring, old twat of a teacher? Kurt would have clocked out of this conversation a long while back if he really didn't listen, just nodding and making vague noises of agreement. "Well, that's kind of true.. But not really. Because this conversation? Yeah.. Not interesting in the slightest, and I'm listening."[/b]. Seeing Blaine closing his eyes over while breathing deeply, and grazes his teeth over his bottom lip. Whoa. Was he really making Blaine mad? Huh. Not something he was used to. Kurt was used to people just sucking it up, or running of crying, or something like that. But it was bound to happen at some point. Not that he really cared, of course. Kurt just wanted to be with anyone else but Blaine right now. Even one of the dumber Cheerios. Actually..there was one other person, probably the only person who was as bitchy as he was, and that would be Santana. Currently, she was with Brittany. Lucky cow. She was working with her best friend. How the hell was that fair? Well, it wasn't. At all. Kurt narrows his eyes while holding Blaine's gaze, still completely livid that he had to miss his practice. It was another thing that wasn't fair. "Just keep the slushies coming, won't make a difference to me"[/b][/i]. A quick, brief look of hurt had spread itself across Kurt's face, but glaring more fiercely at Blaine had made it melt away. Thank god, as well. "I've actually never been involved with any of the slushying that goes around here."[/b] He said dryly. Kurt had actually experienced the pain of it before, and...it wasn't enjoyable. Like being bitchslapped by an iceberg. Which was why whenever any of the Cheerios planned it, Kurt always disappeared. He would try and get them to stop, but he knew that if he did, he would experience it again, and life would just be exactly what it was like before he had joined the Cheerios, and would just be hell on earth. It would probably be worse as he'd see most of the perpetrators every day. Blaine didn't know why the Cheerio had been playing it kind of safe for now. He'd snapped, sure, but Blaine doubted it was to the full extent that he could. Pausing to think about it a little, he thought of all the factors affecting Kurt, should he decided to go full on Lima Heights. The teacher was in the room, that would mean a detention. Kurt's parents probably wouldn't be too thrilled about that. Blaine wouldn't help him at all with the assignment if he did that, either. Then there was the devil itself, Sue Sylvester. She probably wouldn't take favour in Kurt's failures. Though Blaine wanted nothing more than to see Kurt thrown back down the ladder he'd sailed up, he wasn't mean enough to push him to snap. Exactly. It's not going to last forever, and we're not getting any younger. So, we should just enjoy life as much as we can before we get too old. We should just...stop studying so much and wasting our time here when we can actually be out there enjoying the things that life had to offer.
[/color] Blaine watched with a slight frown, sighing softly once Kurt had finished, nodding a little. " Right, and end up working in MacDonalds when you're older, sure. Sounds great. Well, it's your life.. do what you want with it. I'm not here to tell you what you should or shouldn't do. "[/color] Blaine shrugged a little, sitting back slightly. He really couldn't give two shits about what Kurt did in his free time, what he grew up to be. He just wanted to not have to deal with his stupid crap. Well, that's kind of true.. But not really. Because this conversation? Yeah.. Not interesting in the slightest, and I'm listening.[/b][/color] That obviously wasn't going to happen. Blaine took a subtle breath, tapping his fingertips on the desk in front of him, looking up at Kurt with a seemingly blank expression. " You don't want to have to do this assigment by yourself.. "[/color] He answered quietly, carefully pushing his glasses up again with a finger smoothly. Kurt was making him mad, yes. Very mad. But unlike the Cheerio, Blaine knew how to control it, he knew what to do so he didn't end up screaming in someone's face. If he didn't? he would've yelled his brains out at almost every single person on the Cheerios, everyone on the football team, and anyone who decided that it wasn't okay to be gay, and shoved him into a locker frequently. But no, Blaine was better than that. He was better than all of them. I've actually never been involved with any of the slushying that goes around here.[/b][/color] Blaine was surprised to see Kurt's glare intensify - he'd been postive it couldn't get any worse. Shrugging a little, Blaine sniffed slightly. " I get a few between classes.. just if you're going to, before I go the bathroom to wash up and change clothes would be nice. It's kind of a lot of bother otherwise.. "[/color] He mumbled a little, glancing down at the desk and tracing his fingers over the surface. Blaine was no stranger to slushies, and really, they were like little cups of hell. WORDS :[/color] Idk. TAG :[/color] Kurt. :) MUSE :[/color] BEST OF YOUNOTES :[/color] Best Of You by the Foo Fighters. It's kind of more like a break up kind of song, as in the relationship was abusive, but the anger is still there. xD [/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote][/size][/justify]

Out of all the possible things that would happen to him if he found himself going full on Lima Heights on Blaine, the one he would have to choose would be having Blaine leaving him to work on his own. It would just mean he would have to actually put effort in. Everything else would either disappoint his father, which was the last thing Kurt wanted -- he cared about him too much, or it would piss off Coach Sylvester. And if he got kicked off the Cheerios? Then things would go back how they were beforehand, and Kurt really didn't think he'd be welcomed back to New Directions at all. So he'd be completely friendless, and thus, his high school life would be even worse than it already was during sophomore year. And Kurt..? He really didn't want to go back to those days. When he was pretty much nothing. "Right, and end up working in MacDonalds when you're older, sure. Sounds great.."
[/b][/i] Oh sweet jegus, it was so hard not to lose it right now. How Blaine was talking, it was just pissing him off completely. Crossing his arms, Kurt leans back, scowling fiercely "'scuse me? Just because I'm not pulling straight As or paying 100% attention during every single class doesn't mean I'm going to end up doing nothing with my life."[/b] " Well, it's your life.. do what you want with it. I'm not here to tell you what you should or shouldn't do"[/b][/i]. Kurt looks up, snapping a little "Then stop preaching to me,"[/b] Sighing a little, Kurt looks to the side, gazing out of the window, in an attempt to calm to himself down. It wasn't working greatly, but it was better than doing nothing. Hearing Blaine drumming his fingers on the desk, Kurt sighs a little, looking up at Blaine, raising an eyebrow when noticing his seemingly blank expression. "You don't want to have to do this assigment by yourself.."[/b][/i]. Pinching the bridge of his nose, Kurt takes a few deep breaths before leaning back again, twirling his fringe around his fingers again. He watches as Blaine pushes his glasses up again. Really...Kurt had been annoyed by other students before, but this boy was really taking the biscuit in that division. Kurt was usually able to keep his anger under control during classes, resorting to snapping or going Lima Heights either in the hallways, or outside of school. This was the first time in a while that Kurt was struggling to even dial it back a little. "Of course not. This is too much for one person in that deadline. I won't get any work done otherwise. 'sides. I'll probably end up getting into trouble if the teacher finds out that we did this assignment on our own."[/b] Kurt notices Blaine's surprise as his glare intensifies, but if Kurt was going to be honest, he was actually past the point of caring. Raising an eyebrow as Blaine sniffs, Kurt continues to watch him. "I get a few between classes.. just if you're going to, before I go the bathroom to wash up and change clothes would be nice. It's kind of a lot of bother otherwise.. "[/b][/i]. Kurt takes a deep breath, shaking his head . "Didn't you hear me..?"[/b] He said slowly, his voice surprisingly calm, though, there was still a very evident, bitter edge to it "I've never been involved with any of the slushying that goes on around here. I never will be."[/b] Even though it had been nearly two years since he'd actually been slushied, Kurt could still remember them clearly. As much as he really wanted to hurt quite a lot of people here, Kurt would really take pleasure in hurting in some way, he didn't have any intentions of ever slushying any one. He'd only ever done it to himself, to take one for the team, but that was as far as that was going to go. "Sure, I may snap at pretty much everyone who does so much as look at me the wrong way and feel the need to put everyone in their place, but I wouldn't resort to anything like that...It's just pointless"[/b] [/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote][/justify] [/B] 697 MUSE:[/B] COFFEE SHOP SOUNDTRACK[/B][/SIZE][/FONT][/URL] TAGS:[/B] BLAINE~ NOTES:[/B] OMG.
