Being what she was, Lyric had seen Finn Andrew Hudson coming long before he had even glimpsed her blond curls disappear around the corner of the hallway the day she had finally met the boy. He'd been standing at his locker. The one that was right next to hers that year. She been a freshman and was organizing her locker. She'd placed the door closed and walked off towards her first class, not even realizing that her charm bracelet had slipped from her wrist or at least she claimed that she hadn't. She had unclipped it as she had started to walk away. By the time the boy had run after her she was vanished into the crowded courtyard. He could have found her if he had really wanted to. He was bloody werewolf after all. Though he had let her go and she had turned at the top of the stairs and watched the wolf boy catch her scent off the bracelet as he held it up to his nose. However, the first they had exchanged words, Lyric had been alone in the courtyard as she had decided to skip her science class for the day. She could learn more about chemistry by studying the back of her eyeids than that man that called himself a teacher could teach her. She had been at the vending machine, trying to decided on her post-lunch snack. That was when she hear a tink and looked to her left, smirking at the sight of her charm bracelet. See, you finally found me, wolf boy. They had had a long talk after that. she had explained herself to him and he seemed to understand it rather well. He was a lot smart then people gave him credit for. It's been a year since that date. The long she spends around Finn Andrew Hudson the easier it is for him to make sure that she can't figure out anything that he doesn't want her to. He learned not to decided anything unless he was for sure and if he didn't want Lyric to know then he shouldn't make the decision confirmed at all. That was what was furstrating her right now. The boy had something on his mind but he wouldn't let it be knoww to her. She really wished he would stop doing this. It was so furtrating when she couldn't know what the werewolf she was crushing on had going through his mind. Lyric had preceeded to slam her locker door shut and throw her bag over her shoulder as she stormed down the hallway. She accidently shoulder check someone and was about to snap. Though upon seeing that it was Rachel, she gave a smile and apologized before continuing to her distination. This is how she ends up spending her first two periods of the day sitting on the roof of the school gym. She knows that Finn could very easily find her and it isn't like she cares. She doesn't hide things from Finn. TAGGED; Finnie-Bear STATUS; Complete! WORDS; 521 MUSE; CANNIBALNOTES; Happy Mini!Lyric at the moment. This Lyric not so happy with her wolf boy at the moment

It had been a while since Finn had finally had the courage to track Lyric down, actually talk to her. A year, in fact. He still remembered, because really, how could he forget meeting someone so special? Finn loved the fact that he'd been brave enough to follow her and return her bracelet that one day, because he'd gotten one of his best friends ever out of it. They talked on a regular basis, and had established early on in the relationship that Finn was a werewolf and Lyric was clairvoyant. They'd worked on it, on their relationship and being considerate of the fact Finn hated cats, disliked any kind of silver jewellery, things like that, and working on the skill of Lyric not being able to see every decision Finn was going to make. Because, if Lyric could, it would definitely have ruined a lot of his surprises.
He didn't know if what he was planning on telling her soon, maybe, could be counted as a surprise, but it was definitely something Finn didn't want Lyric to see. He wasn't even sure himself yet, and he didn't want to get her hopes up. That was, if she liked him, too. Either way, it was better she didn't know, and Finn had been doing his best to keep it from her. Effectively, this seemed to put her in a rather bad mood with Finn, which really, Finn didn't quite understand. He wasn't going to push it, though. He respected her boundaries, so instead of following her at break like he usually would've done, like the puppy he was, he gave her some space to clear her head.
Except that didn't really last long, because he missed her like he always did, and it wasn't long before Finn gave up and just started to sniff around for her scent. Deciding to head to her locker, where it would most likely be strongest, it took a few minutes for Finn to pick up the trail. He followed it quickly, however, frowning to himself and just wondering where the hell she'd got to. After following it for a little while, he ended up on the roof of the gym, utterly confused as to why Lyric was up here, but wanting to know. She was his friend, he wanted to make her feel better, if he could. Finn always did. " Lyric? What're you doing up here? "

Lyric was laying there staying at the sky. maybe it was a good thing that Finn could read her like she could read him. If he knew the things that went through her mind, well they might not still be friends if he knew. She had been crushing like crazy on Finn Hudson for a while now. How she wished that she didn't have these problems? She just wanted to have the friendship they use to have when they first met. It was just so much easer back then. She didn't have to hide the true reason behind the sparkle in her eyes. There wwasn't much she could do. She knew that Finn could stay away for long and that he would come sniffing for her sooner rather than later. Lyric? What're you doing up here? Lyric didn't move at the sound of Finn's voice. Normally she would jump like a happy puppy but not now. She knew that he knew she was there anyways. Not like she was really hiding from him. Can't hide from a werewolf, can you? I'm right here, wolf boy, but you already knew that much. TAGGED; Finnie-Bear STATUS; Complete! WORDS; 211 MUSE; CANNIBALNOTES; this reply sucks
